Nick Duran brings over twenty years of cumulative international experience in operations, project management, and team leadership across Dubai, the United States, and global markets.

For nine years, he managed a global business support agency, directing remote operations, client relations, and digital workflows for clients around the world. His background also includes six years in customer relationship management and account support, spanning the international banking sector in Dubai as well as commercial printing, video editing, and graphic design for the digital media industry in the USA.

Nick’s technical and creative expertise covers process optimization, graphic design, video editing, digital asset management, enterprise software platforms, and AI model training. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Management from the University of Wollongong in Dubai.
